As Director of Communications for the Mayor of Washington, D.C., she has guided messaging on critical initiatives related to public safety, economic development, education, and equity.

With a background spanning broadcast journalism, media relations, and public affairs, Ms. Foster has consistently elevated underrepresented voices while advancing transparent and effective communication strategies. Her work reflects a deep commitment to civic engagement, ethical leadership, and community trust.

Raymone K. Bain

Entertainment Executive, Crisis Manager & Global Humanitarian

Raymone K. Bain is a pioneering entertainment executive and crisis manager whose career spans nearly four decades at the highest levels of global media and culture. Known as the “Keeper of the Famed,” she has represented iconic figures across music, sports, and entertainment, including Michael Jackson, Serena Williams, Muhammad Ali, and others.

Ms. Bain made history as the first woman and first African American to serve as General Manager and President/COO of The Michael Jackson Company. Beyond entertainment, she is a dedicated humanitarian, advocate, and mentor, using her platform to advance equity, leadership development, and community empowerment.

A two-time recipient of the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Ms. Bain’s influence extends far beyond public relations — she embodies leadership rooted in service, integrity, and global impact. Paul Cohn

Entrepreneur, Restaurateur & Philanthropic Leader

Paul Cohn is a distinguished entrepreneur and philanthropist whose leadership has left a lasting imprint on Washington, D.C.’s cultural and civic landscape. As Co-Founder of Capital Restaurant Concepts, he has helped build some of the region’s most iconic dining establishments, fostering community, creativity, and local economic growth.

In addition to his business achievements, Mr. Cohn serves as Chair of the Board of the O Street Museum Foundation, supporting arts preservation, cultural engagement, and community education. His philanthropic efforts reflect a deep belief in strengthening institutions that bring people together and preserve shared heritage.
