Early Life and Military Service

Despite facing hardships, Christina excelled academically and enlisted in the United States Navy. She served for 36 months as an inventory management specialist, developing discipline and order that would guide her future endeavors. Though her service left her disabled, Christina persevered.

From Homelessness to Homeownership

After her service, Christina faced new struggles, including homelessness in Florida and New York. With Catholic Charities’ support, she eventually moved to East Orange and later purchased her first home in Newark. Within a year, she bought a second property in Paterson, renting it out. This journey inspired her to help others achieve stability.

As owner of Cherry Luxe Properties LLC, Christina provides housing for single mothers and families. Her commitment to financial literacy and community empowerment drives her innovative approach to sustainable programs and partnerships.

Christina’s involvement in local politics stemmed from concerns about her neighborhood. She engages with entrepreneurs, promotes inclusivity, and advocates for marginalized voices.
