Edie Fraser is an entrepreneurial builder, advocate, and philanthropist. She is the Chair and Founder of Women Business Collaborative (WBC) and a founding member of C200, where she continues to serve on the board. Edie also founded Diversity Best Practices, STEMconnector®, and Million Women Mentors (MWM), securing 2.5 million mentorship commitments.

As Vice Chair of the Enterprising Women Foundation, she supports its STEM mentoring program for girls, aiming to create 50 community mentorship programs by 2025. Edie’s extensive work spans gender advocacy, women’s entrepreneurship, public policy, and global relations, earning her over 90 major awards throughout her career.

Notable initiatives include the “Ringing the Bell for Equality” at the New York Stock Exchange and the publication of “Women Mean Business: 500 Insights from 102 Extraordinary Leaders.” Edie has been honored by multiple government agencies and has served on the SCORE board, advocating for women’s entrepreneurship.

Her global impact began as a Peace Corps Desk Officer for Africa and continues through her leadership in various organizations and firms. Edie is also politically active, supporting campaigns for women in office and producing the “We Choose Freedom” pins.

A sought-after speaker, Edie draws inspiration from leaders like Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Margaret Mead, emphasizing collective action for change.
